Here are some guideline you may follow for the best customer support:

  • Contact Us by E-Mail.  Please do not call the ATC main phone number for returns and credits. They are not set up to help you with returns and credit issues. Please use the e-mail form on this page and make sure you include a valid e-mail.
  • We Ship The Same Day.  If we received your order by 1:00 PM East Coast Time your order will ship that same day. (Monday thru Friday Excluding Holidays).
  • You Do Not Need To Be Home.  We will allow products to be left at the Ship-to-Address WITHOUT A SIGNATURE. WARNING: The shipper will probably leave you package at your door step or where ever the postal service usually leaves your packages. Once the shipper leaves the package any theft or damage is your responsibility.
  • We Will Get It To You Quickly And Safely.  We will ship your product via the fastest and safest way possible. You will receive an e-mail from the shipper to let you know when to expect your delivery and if there have been any problems with the shipment.
  • Your Tracking Number.  You should receive an e-mail from USPS with tracking information by 6:30 PM Eastern Time the day we ship your product. If you do not, please contact us at ATC Depot Shipping and Tracking.
  • Track It Yourself.  For tracking information or questions on delivery times and general questions about shipping, please use the e-mail that was sent to you by the shipper the day your order was shipped.
  • USPS Express Or USPS Priority Mail Shipments.  For More Information On The Guarantee of USPS Shipment Guarantee Go To USPS Guarantee .Late Delivery Of An Order.  Please understand, we have no control over the time a shipper takes to get a product to you.  Once your shipment leaves our hands, the delivery of your product is entirely the shippers responsibility.  We can only schedule the shipment.  The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee from ATC Depot.

Returns And Credits Information

Our Policy On Returns And Credits:

We Must Receive Your Return Within 30 Days. We must RECEIVE your returned product within 30 days of the date you received the product. Returns requested after (30) days must be pre-approved and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

  • 100% Performance Guarantee. If you have used our product and it does not meet your expectations, please go to ATC Depot Guarantee for more information on our guarantee.
  • The Returned Products Must Be In Unused And Unopened Condition. All product seals must be in place and the packaging and products must be in an unopened condition.
  • Partial Returns Are Not Allowed. Return all the products from your order. This means you must return all the products ordered and/or received with your order to be eligible for any refund.
  • Shipping Costs Will Not Be Refunded. Shipping was provided to you per your request. We have already paid for this product and service and you have received this product and service.
  • Do Not Refuse The Delivery.  Do not refuse your delivery from the carrier or pay a 25% restocking fee. This means any product returned to us by the shipper as refused or undeliverable will be assessed a 25% restocking fee on the product costs only.

  • We Process All Returns Ever Other Wednesday.  We will credit to your original credit card within (2) Wednesdays after we receive the return of your product.
  • When You Will See Your Credit. The time you might actually see the credit on your statement is under the control of your bank. We do not have any control what-so-ever over this time frame.
